On Sunday September 18 version 2.11 of the software will be released to all accounts. Main features include upgrade from Smarty version 2 to 3, improved databasestatistics and new personalization functions.

Important notice
During the release on September 18 the application will be limitedly available. We advice not to schedule bulk mailings during this time. Any mailings sent during offline time, will be registered and sent as soon as the software is back online.

New in release 2.11

	Smarty upgrade For this new release of the software we’ve upgraded Smarty from version 2.0 to version 3.0. Smarty 3.0 offers new functionalities and improvements that will save you time. Auto-escapement of "{" and "}" (No need to use {ldelim} and {rdelim} anymore In-template function definitions Function parameters can now also be personalized without first using {capture assign}({linkfile file="{$profile.status}.gif"})
	Improved database statistics The database statistics overview has been redesigned. The new overview now includes a growth chart of your database. The statistics from sent campaigns have been combined in one clear overview. This new overview can be accessed from the main view in Profiles under the 'Statistics' tab. Database growth chart (shows the number of added or removed profiles as well as the total number of profiles in the database.) Combined overview (view the statistics from sent campaigns e.g. emailings, sms or fax)
	New personalization functions We’ve added two new personalization functions which can be used in email and web pages. These functions enable you to load or link to a file from the ‘Files’ tab of a profile. {loadfile} (the loadfile tag can display the content a file) {linkfile} (the linkfile tag can display the path of a file)
	Other improvements Also available in the new release of the software are: Move selections Custom CSS classes inside text blocks Copy survey questions Copy content web forms and surveys to another account

Two weeks ago you might have already read that we have recently acquired 2.000 new IP addresses. We will have to return our current 200 IP addresses after a transition period of three months.

Attention: If you are using a link to the application (SOAP API, Periodic imports, etcetera) which is secured based on IP addresses, we would like to remind you to add our new IP ranges to your firewall or application as soon as possible but no later than December 15th. We strongly advise you to remove the old IP ranges in three months time.

Add the following IP ranges to your firewall / application:
